Elena Sirenko
Olena Sirenko was born in the village of Raivka, Slavic-Serbian district of Luhansk region, lives in the village of Milove, Milovsky district.
Ms. Olena is a real master of creating Ukrainian stylized clothes. Her works are known not only in the Milov region. In 2004, Olena Sirenko was awarded the title of "People's Master of Amateur Decorative and Applied Arts of Luhansk Region".
All works of the master are made by hand. When creating stylized clothes, the master uses the technique of cross-stitch, satin, beads, netting, "Richelieu". In Ukrainian stylized clothes made by Olena, children participated in creative competitions held in Lviv, Severodonetsk and Bulgaria.
Ms. Olena regularly participates in events of district, regional and All-Ukrainian levels: district festival of traditional and modern Ukrainian culture "Soul of my Milovshchyna", regional review-competition "Luhansk region is the dawn of Ukraine", regional festival "Luhansk region is Ukraine", All-Ukrainian festival. Slobozhansky Spas contest, etc.
The master has a diploma of the second degree in the All-Ukrainian festival-competition of folk art of amateur groups and performers "Slobozhansky Spas" in the nomination "Slobozhansky Vernissage", a diploma of the Luhansk regional center of folk art, a diploma of Milovsky district state administration and district council.
Ms. Olena's works are housed in the Milovsky District Museum of Local Lore.
