Sievierodonetsk
With the assistance of the Department of International Technical Assistance, Innovative Development, and External Relations of the Luhansk Oblast State Administration, and the USAID Economic Support for Eastern Ukraine Project, an IT Cluster was established in Luhansk Oblast on December 16, 2020.
The Memorandum on Cooperation and Partnership was signed in Sievierodonetsk (Luhansk Oblast) by representatives of eight local IT companies and two educational institutions. Among the signatories are Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, Lysychansk Youth Center for Scientific and Technological Creativity, Sievierodonetsk Station for Young Technicians, TOV MOBIUS TIM, TOV EKONOMIK SOFT, TOV IT Akademia IABS, FOP Pasichnyi L.O., FOP Pomieschenko A.F., FOP Vinichenko T.G., and FOP Nidchenko A.M.
It should be noted that the memorandum is open and other participants can join the Cluster, which aims to engage in the rapid development of information technologies in education and industry of Luhansk Oblast, as well as to implement joint commercial and social projects.
