Industrial parks
East Park Industrial Park
The initiator of the creation is the Popasna City Council.
Location - Popasna.
Territory - 15,3991 hectares (cadastral number - 4423810100: 01: 003: 0016).
The planned term of operation is 30 years.
Inclusion in the Register of Industrial Parks: Order of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine dated 12.11.2020 № 2312.
Expected results: up to 850 new jobs, attraction of 67.1 million hryvnias of investments.
Stages of park development:
- conducting a competition for the selection of a management company (first half of 2021);
- construction and arrangement of the infrastructure of the industrial park (2021-2022);
- involvement of participants and development of the industrial park "Eastern region" (2021-2050).
Priority areas of activity:
- production of electric and thermal energy;
- building materials;
- mechanical engineering, metalworking;
- ecological processing of solid household waste;
- light industry, production of plastic products;
- research, electronics and IT technologies;
- food production, complex processing of agricultural products.
Initiation of new industrial parks
In January 2018, the Rubizhne City Council published a draft decision on the creation and concept of the Rubindastri industrial park with an area of 35 hectares.
Due to the interest of investors, the issue of increasing the proposed area to 70 hectares was considered.
Work is underway to refine and improve the concept.
The term for which the industrial park is created is 30 years.
The area requires the relocation of high-voltage power lines, as well as gas and water lines. Nearby are the highway, railways and 2 large industrial enterprises - JSC "Rubizhansky Cardboard and Packaging Plant" and LLC SPE "Zorya".
It is proposed to determine the priority areas of activity within the park:
- production of building materials,
- production of pharmaceutical products,
- engineering,
- ecological processing of solid household waste,
- woodworking,
- production of electronics and production of IT technologies,
- light and food industries.
SI "NIOCHEM" intends to create an industrial park in Lysychansk, Luhansk region - industrial park "Lysychansky", which provides for the establishment of production:
- baking soda,
- feed additives for poultry,
- lime (including for construction),
- liquid calcium chloride,
- cement, etc.
According to task 1.1.2 of the Development Strategy of Luhansk region for 2021-2027, it is envisaged to "promote the creation of industrial parks and technology parks, in particular on the territory of Lysychansk-Rubizhansk-Severodonetsk agglomeration (Lysychansk City Council, Severodonetsk City Council, Rubizhne district, Rubizhne).
