Cultural and humanitarian cooperation

Ukraine has been training specialists for Guinea since the 1960s. The fall in the standard of living in that country, as well as the increase in the cost of education in Ukrainian universities, have led to a general decrease in the number of Guinean young people studying in Ukraine.

According to the Ukrainian State Centre for International Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in 2018 and 2019, there were 96 Guinean students getting education at Ukrainian universities.
