Mission and vision

Mission To develop Luhansk oblast in terms of innovation and international cooperation.
Vision Due to the effective work of the Department, Luhansk oblast is an advanced high-tech region of Ukraine with significant scientific, technical and production potential. Luhansk oblast is positioned in Ukraine and abroad as a reliable partner for the implementation of socio-economic development projects, has developed international relations and European standards of quality of life for its residents!
